Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! All items are inspected prior to shipping to ensure product quality. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds are available for following cases:
- Orders received were incorrect
- Orders received were defective
- Orders are not received after 30 days of purchase being made (excluding preorder items)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges 

Exchanges are available for following cases:
- Incorrect sizing (customer will bear the return delivery fee)
- Orders received were incorrect
- Orders received were defective

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The item must be sent back to us within 7 days upon customer receiving their order and informed our team. If the customer fails to return the item(s) within the stipulated time, the return and exchange will not be allowed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items / non-exchangeable items

Strictly no returns or exchanges on:
- Sale or Clearance items
- Socks due to hygiene purpose

We will strictly reject return or exchange items with any stains (including make-up and deodorant stains) and/or pet fur due to hygiene purposes.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and notify if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method or manually within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
